Instructions

1. Go to 'CREATE A NEW STUDENT OR CHOOSE EXISTING' and use the dropdown box to either create a new student or select a student that you have setup before. (You can set yourself up as a student if the course is for you).

2. To add a new student you will need to create a username for them (something like johnsmith123). The system will automatically prefix the username you create with your customer number (so it will appear like johnsmith123 ). You will also need to enter the student' first name and last name when prompted. The name you enter will appear on the student's certificate, so please ensure it is correct, before creating the student. 

3. To select an existing student, simply select them from the list of available students.

4. Go to 'SELECT AVAILABLE COURSE' and select the course that you want to place the student on and press the ENROL button to enrol them.

5. You will then be sent an email from no-reply@myvitalskills.co.uk containing their course login details. (If you have set yourself up as the student, the login details will be different to those that you have used to access this dashboard.) Please check your SPAM / JUNK folder if you cannot find the email. You may need to add no-reply@myvitalskills.co.uk to your safe senders list on your email account.
